电容式传感器测量电路设计

为适应多种电容式传感器的测量需求,设计一种基于单片机的电容测量电路,采用电容充放电方法,以高速单片机精确计时充电时间,根据电路参数计算电容容值。电路应用灵活,可根据电容大小调整电路参数,测量范围较大。
To adapt the measuring of various kinds of capacitive transducer.A capacitance detecting-circuit based on MCU is designed in this paper,which adopt the charging and discharging method of capacitors,high-speed MCU is used to exacting the time,and the capacitance values can be calculated by these circuit s kind of circuit is so flexible that the capacitor＇s size can be adjusted according to the circuit, thus it has large detecting- range.
