针对红外测温仪测温准确性不高,易受环境、距离、辐射率等影响的问题,设计了一种新型的光学点温测温仪,该测温仪以光学和热学理论为基础,结合应用点像望远镜原理,利用自聚焦透镜替代二次透镜,通过光纤在像面接收光波并传输转换至电信号处理单元,真正实现了点温测量,最后,提出了系统软硬件设计的原理和方法。经过精确的标定和调试,其结果表明,该测温仪完全能满足非接触式工业温度测量要求。
