一种基于嵌入式技术的HART方案

本文提出了一种基于嵌入式技术的HART方案。在工业控制系统的电流输入输出模块中,通过嵌入式的HART调制技术和耦合电路将HART信号以电流方式耦合至负载输出;HART信号与4-20m A直流信号采用同一采样点进行采样,通过嵌入式的HART解调技术,将HART信号解码。与常规HART耦合方案相比,该方案以电流方式耦合,并实现交直流统一采样,大大简化了接口电路,且没有对端口的低阻通路,使得模块抗干扰能力更强。
This paper presented a scheme for HART communication based on embedded h the HART modulation technology, the HART signal is transfered into a current signal and is exported to the load. As for demodulation,after being sampled together with the 4-20 m A current signal together,the HART signal is demodulated by HART demodulation algorithm. Compared with the routine method,this interface circuit is simpler and more reliable.
