资料介绍

The PPC405EXr contains a PowerPC 405 32-bit RISC processor core, DDR1/2 SDRAM controller, one one-lane PCI Express bus interface, one Gigabit Ethernet interface, On-chip Security feature, external peripheral bus interface, NAND flash controller, USB2.0 OTG, DMA with scatter-gather support, serial ports, IIC interface, SPI interface, and general purpose I/O. Utilizing them, features of the board include

256MB SDRAM,64MB Nor flash and 64MB NAND flash for boot and application, an IIC serial EEPROM stored the strap configuration data, PCI Express slots, an expansion interface connector(EBC connector), built-in Gigabit Ethernet support,a FPGA, two SLIC ports,a USB2.0 port, two serial ports,a IⅡC real-time clock(RTC),a IIC serial Temperature sensor, and high-power Power-over-Ethernet(PoE)

support.

Figure 1-1 illustrates the board architecture; Subsequent paragraphs discuss aspects of the diagram in more detail.
