资料介绍

针对三洋GXT-620型组合音响收音部分不工作、液晶屏幕上无数字显示的问题，采用敲打、振动、送信号等方法对故障进行排查，排除了接触不良的可能性。采用测量各极电压的方法，发现电路中Q207的基极电压和集电极电压明显高于正常值，并且Q207三个脚之间无论正反向均不通，更换Q207后，故障排除。对电路设计的分析表明：电路设计有不合理现象。该方法对解决同类问题有借鉴意义。

In view of failures in radio and number displays on LCD with audio system Sanyo GXT-620 , knock, vibration and signal input were adopted to detect and eliminate the faults, excluding the fault possibility of bad contact. Measurement of all levels voltage in the design circuit shows that base voltage and collector voltage of Q207 are higher than normal value, and that three pins of Q207 do not work either in positive or reverse directions. With Q207 replaced, the circuit fault is eliminated. Analyses show that there are some unreasonable phenomena in circuit design. This study can supply reference for solving problems of the same kind.
