FTU的层次化抗电磁干扰解决方案

资料介绍

针对FTU所处的恶劣运行环境,为了提高其现场运行的稳定可靠性,需要进行专门的抗干扰设计。构思产品解决方案时,先依据抗电磁干扰的原理和电磁兼容性检测的范式模型,提出了一个层次化的抗电磁干扰解决方案。在这一方案中,电源、信号、通信、机壳和功能地等端口都经过隔离后与CPU核心电路连接,再根据信号的特点,在I/O过程通道中采用吸收、泄放、过滤等措施对干扰信号进行衰减,防止干扰信号对核心电路产生影响。然后以此为指导,完成了装置电路设计、PCB工艺图设计和机箱布线设计。试验结果表明,所设计的FTU能满足抗4级严苛等级电磁干扰的目标。

Aiming at the harsh operating environment in which FTU is located,specially anti-jamming design is needed in order to improve the stability and reliability of its on-site operation.When conceiving product solution,a hierarchical solution to electromagnetic interference is proposed according to the principle of anti electromagnetic interference and the model of electromagnetic compatibility testing at first.In this solution,the ports of power,signal,communication,chassis and function ground use isolation elements to connect to the CPU core circuit when the product solution is conceived in order to improve the stability and reliability of its operation in the field.According to the characteristics of the interface signal,absorption,discharge and filtering are adopted to attenuate the signal in the I/O process channel to improve the ability of anti-electromagnetic interference.Then taking this as a guide,the unit’s circuit and PCB chart design and chassis wiring design have been completed.The test results show that the designed FTU could meet the requirement of the anti-electromagnetic interference performance.
