资料介绍

采用MATLAB的Simulink工具箱中的带通滤波器模块,对滤波器性能进行软件仿真,并利用滤波器设计与分析工具箱FDATool设计可直接在FPGA中综合的Verilog HDL代码。以机械碰撞产生的声发射信号为原始数据,测试表明：多通道不同频段范围的带通滤波器对输入信号的滤波效果存在显著差异,为信号分析处理选择出最佳滤波频段,极大提高了测控系统精确性。

Using the bandpass filter module in the Simulink toolbox of MATLAB, the performance of the filter is simulated by software, and the Verilog HDL code which can be synthesized directly in FPGA is designed by using the filter design and analysis toolbox FDATool. Taking the acoustic emission signal generated by mechanical collision as the original data, the test results show that there are significant differences in the filtering effect of the multi-channel band-pass filter in different frequency bands. The optimal filter band is selected for signal analysis and processing, which greatly improves the accuracy of the measurement and control system.
