低功耗系统中嵌入式闪存模块需要在工作时保持很低的功耗,闪存模块擦除时需要超过 12 V 高压,所以对于高压电路功耗的分析和控制是嵌入式闪存低功耗性能的关键.在此介绍了一种低功耗的高压擦除电路,与常规的电压擦除电路相比较,可以控制峰值电流到 1 mA 以内,平均工作电流降至 100 μA 以内,使得系统中电池的有效寿命得以延长.

Embeded-flash IP which integrated in the low power system is required to keep very low power consumption during the operation, especially the flash erase operation needed HV about 12 V. The analysis and control for the HV circuit design is the key to keep the embeded flash with relatively low power consumption. In this paper, a new low power HV erase circuit is provided. Compared with the regular HV erase circuit, peak current can be reduced to less than 1 mA, and the operation current can be controlled below 100 μA. That could prolong the battery effective lifetime.
