资料介绍

采用数字信号处理的集成DSP芯片进行金属表面缺陷探测器设计，电路设计主要包括了电源电路、金属表面缺陷探测的主控电路、A／D电路、中断电路等。程序主控电路选择的DSP芯片为ADSP—BF537，通过程序加载和电路集成设计，实现探测器优化设计。上电调试测试结果表明，该探测器的性能较好，抗干扰能力较强。

The surface defects on the metal detector is designed by using digital signal processing integrated DSP chip, circuit design mainly includes the power supply circuit, metal surface defects detection of main control circuit, a / D circuit, interrupt circuit. Select the main program control circuit of DSP chip adsp-bf537, through the program loading and integrated circuit design, detector optimization design. The test results show that the detector is of good performance and strong anti-interference ability.
