根据全桥软开关逆变C02焊接主电路驱动要求,设计了以TMS320LF2407数据处理器为核心的控制电路,阐述主程序、中断子程序的工作过程和PWM脉冲信号的产生原理。结合PWM信号特点和IGBT栅极对驱动信号的要求,设计出与之相匹配的驱动电路,并经分析计算,选择了参数适宜的关键元器件。通过电路调试表明,基于DSP控制PWM信号输出稳定,满足控制时序要求且易实现精确控制。设计的IGBT驱动电路损耗小,稳定性高。

According to the driving phase of full-bridge soft switching CO2 Welding inverter main circuit,the control circuit is designed by TMS320LF2407 data processor.The main program,interrupt subroutine of the work process and the principle of PWM signal is described,Driver circuit is also designed to meet the requirement of the IGBT gate driving, the key components with the appropriatable parameters are selected by analysis and calculation.The circuit debugging shows pwrn signal DSP-based control is stable and the driving circuit have small power loss and steady performance.
