能量双向流动的DCDC变换器

双向DCDC变换器可以理解为两个单向直流变换器的综合体,除了能够实现直流电源到直流电源的变换之外,还可以进行能量的双向流动。目前应用于电动汽车、太阳能电池变换器对二次侧电源进行充放电的场合,也适用于航空航天电源和国防军工等方面。本文从双向DCDC变换器基本变换单元着手,主要研究变换器电能变换的动态过程,分析一个开关周期内各个阶段电路上电流流动方向,研究如何提高变换效率。设计出基本的双向DCDC变换器的电路图,并在此电路上加以完善,控制部分用的是TI的28035芯片,采样电压值通过PID调节,结合PWM相移控制以达到预期值。
