基于开关型高效DC-DC变换模块的LED驱动电路设计仿真

在深入分析开关电源DC-DC拓扑结构和反馈控制模式的基础上,以MC34063开关型高效DC-DC变换模块为核心,用少量的外部元器件成功设计了的LED驱动电路。在Proteus软件仿真环境中对设计的驱动电路进行了模拟仿真。在设定5V±10%的直流输入电压下,仿真得到的输出电压和电流误差均不超5%,小于设计要求,验证了设计电路的可行性。
In this paper, based on the in-depth analysis of DC-DC topological form and feedback control pattern of the switching power supply, the LED driving circuit with a small number of external components is designed successfully with the MC34063 switching type high-efficiency DC-DC transformation module as its core. The designed LED driving circuit is simulated by using the Proteus software. When the DC input voltage of 5 V ± 10% is set, the error of output voltage and current obtained by simulation are both less than 5%, which is less than the design requirements, and thus the feasibility of the designed circuit isverified.
