基于CTI-EKF融合算法高效节能二次电池化成系统设计

资料介绍

针对目前二次电池化成系统化成质量不高、节能效果不理想等缺点,提出了一种基于安时积分(Current Time Integration,CTI)和扩展卡尔曼滤波(Extend Kalman Filtering,EKF)融合算法的高效节能电池化成系统设计方案。系统采用STM32单片机为主控制器,运用改进卡尔曼滤波技术及PID算法,对电池SOC进行精准预测和充放电流电压的精确控制,同时采用高效AC/DC和DC/DC变换技术,有效提高电池化成质量和系统能量回收率。测试结果表明,采用PID算法电流控制误差不超过0.1%,系统相比目前带储能装置电池化成设备,其节能效率可以提高15.6%。

Aiming at the shortcomings of low quality and unsatisfactory energy-saving effect of secondary battery formation system,an efficient energy-saving battery formation system design scheme based on CTI-EKF fusion algorithm was proposed.The system uses STM32 MCU as the main controller,uses improved Kalman filter technology and PID algorithm to accurately predict the SOC of battery and precisely control the charging and discharging current and voltage.At the same time,high-efficiency AC/DC and DC/DC conversion technology are used to effectively improve the quality of battery formation and system energy recovery.The test results show that the current control error of the PID algorithm is less than 0.1%.Compared with the current battery formation device with energy storage device,the energy saving efficiency of the system can also be improved by 15.6%.
