如何快速准确地评估雷达装备的可靠性是目前研究的重要课题,"多参数、模型复杂、难计算"是其中的主要问题,为此,以某型雷达18V20k Hz信号板为对象,利用加速试验数据进行可靠性分析。通过对试验数据的分析,选择2个具有代表性的性能退化参数,利用Wiener过程描述其退化过程,考虑各参数之间的相关性,运用Copula函数建立了基于多性能参数的可靠性分析模型,采用了MCMC方法进行参数估计,解决模型过于复杂难以估计的问题。最后通过雷达电路板电冲击试验验证了该方法的有效性,同时也为多性能参数下雷达板级电路可靠性分析提供了技术支撑。
