CMOS集成温度传感器电路设计及仿真
资料介绍
根据集成温度传感器的原理,利用晶体三极管发射结作为敏感元件,设计出集成温度传感器电路。根据电路中的器件及其连接关系,得到了该电路的网表文件。基于SPICE软件的仿真实验结果表明,该传感器的电压和电流的温度灵敏度分别为3.15mV/℃、0.61μA/℃,且线性度较好。
Based on the principle of integrated temperature sensor, the sensor circuit is designed due to the emitter junction voltage of the transistor working as the sensitive clement. The netlist file of the sensor circuit is obtained according to the devices and the connections. It is shown by the simulated results from the SPICE software that the temperature sensitivity of the voltage and the current is 3. 15mV/℃ and 0. 619A/℃, respectively. Furthermore,the lincarity is valuable.
