根据光电信息科学与工程专业光电综合实验课程的需要,研制了基于彩色线阵CCD的实验教学系统,该系统使用ALTERA公司的CPLD芯片EPM240T100I5N作为系统的主控芯片,利用Verilog语言编写驱动程序来产生CCD工作所需要的各种信号,对东芝公司的彩色线阵CCD芯片TCD2564DG进行了驱动实验.利用该实验系统不仅可以观察彩色线阵CCD的各个驱动信号之间的时序关系,还可以分别观察红、绿、蓝3分量的响应情况,还可以研究彩色线阵CCD3个颜色分量的输出信号与光照强度和积分时间的关系.

According to the requirement of the Photoelectric Comprehensive Experiment course for the Photoelectric Information Science and Engineering specialty,an experimental teaching system based on color linear array CCD(charge coupled device)is developed.This system adopts the CPLD chip EPM240T100I5N of ALTERA company as the main control chip of the system,and uses the Verilog language to write the driver to produce the various signals needed for the CCD work.The driving experiment on the color linear array CCD chip TCD2564DG of Toshiba company is carried out.This experimental system is used to observe not only the time sequence relationship among the various driving signals of the color linear arra...
