详细分析了一种适用于中大功率场合的耦合电感式无源无损缓冲电路的工作过程。该缓冲电路利用耦合电感的漏感与缓冲电容,在功率管开关过程中进行谐振,实现功率管零电流开通和零电压关断。给出了电路中谐振器件的详细设计方法。并据此设计了一台原理样机。最后给出了仿真和实验波形,结果表明该缓冲电路可在很宽的占空比范围内实现软开关.满载效率可达97.6%。

The detailed operational principle of the passive lossless snubber circuit with coupled-inductor which is suitable for high power situations is analyzed.The zero current switching(ZCS) turn-on and zero voltage switching(ZVS) turn-off of the power switch can be realized from resonance between the leakage inductance of coupled-inductor and snubber capacitor.An optimal engineering design method for resonant devices in this circuit is proposed.Thus ,a proto- type is constructed to verify the design of the snubber, and the simulation and experimental waveforms are provided as well.The results show that the snubber circuit can achieve soft-switching in a wide range of duty cycle, and full load efficiency of 97.6% is observed.
