资料介绍

常规BoostPFC电路随着输出功率的增加,整流桥上的损耗严重制约了电路效率的提高。针对这种情况,研究了一种无整流桥的软开关BoostPFC电路,用于提高电路的整体效率。基于平均电流控制模式,通过电压与电流的双闭环控制,实现高功率因数以及恒压输出。并在无桥BoostPFC电路中,采用无源无损吸收技术,抑制开关管关断过程中的du/dt,增强电路的抗干扰能力。设计并制作了一台800W的实验样机,并做了相关的测试。实验结果表明：电路实现了高功率因数,开关管关断过程中du/dt明显降低,电路的整体效率得到提高。

A soft-switching bridgeless BoostPFC circuit was proposed to improve the circuit efficiency. Based on the average current control method, high power factor and constant voltage output were implemented by the double closed loop control of output voltage and current. The passive lossless snubber technology was employed to reduce the switching stress, and the anti-interference ability of the circuit was enhanced. An 800 W experiment prototype was designed and developed, and the relevant experimental results reveal that the high power factor was implemented,the switching stress was decreased,and the circuit efficiency was improved significantly.
