资料介绍

针对BMM-ESD模拟器电路的电感L等无源器件在线性和集成方面存在困难等诸多问题,提出一种BMM-ESD模拟器有源电路的设计。设计基于一个考虑寄生振荡的六阶BMM-ESD模拟器无源LC电路,通过数学计算的方法,构建形成基于线性放大器的有源BMM-ESD模拟器电路模型。模拟仿真表明,六阶BMM-ESD模拟器有源电路与无源LC电路的BMM-ESD电流仿真结果完全吻合,验证了电路模型的正确性与可行性。

According to the inductance L of the BMM-ESD simulator circuit with these passive devices in linear,integral difficulties and other problems,this paper proposes a BMM-ESD simulator active circuit design is based on a consideration of parasitic oscillation of 6 order BMM-ESD LC passive circuit simulator,and through mathematical calculation,construction is formed on the linear amplifier for active BMM-ESD simulator circuit simulation shows that the simulation result of the 6 order BMM-ESD simulator active circuit and the current of the LC passive circuit of BMM-ESD fits perfectly,which verify the correctness and feasibility of the circuit model.
