资料介绍

针对现代峰值电流控制模式DC-DC芯片中的亚谐波振荡及不稳定问题设计了一种基于Bipolar工艺的动态斜坡补偿电路。该电路能够产生随输入输出电压变化的补偿信号,以简单的电路结构实现了对采样电流的动态补偿。电路基于CSMC 2μm Bipolar工艺设计,Spectre仿真结果表明该补偿电路避免了因过补偿带来不良影响并使系统的动态响应提高了31.5%,提高了系统的稳定性。

To overcome sub-harmonic oscillation and stability problems,an adaptive slope compensation circuit is designed based on bipolar process. The circuit can produce proper compensation signal along with the vibration of input and output voltage. The design is implemented base on CSMC＇s 2 μm process,the Spectre simulation results show that the compensation circuit avoids the bad effects of over-compensation and reduces the dynamic response time more than 30%.
