针对风电机组火灾安全问题,分析了火灾发生的原因,设计了基于AVR单片机的风电机组智能消防系统。以单片机为系统控制核心,从硬件方面介绍了烟雾传感器、火焰传感器、温度传感器的原理及其信号调理电路,单片机数字I/O口、模拟输入口的外围扩展芯片,弱电控制强电的中间继电器电路,以及灭火装置情况;从软件方面介绍了利用风电机组自身的报警功能及风电场的通讯光纤进行停机、通讯、报警,以及最新型的气体灭火装置进行火灾扑救逻辑程序。该系统具有稳定性高、安装操作简易、测试速度快、价格低廉等特点,在风电行业极具推广应用价值。

Aiming at the fire safety problem of wind turbine,this paper analyzes the causes of fire and designs an intelligent fire extinguishing system of wind turbine based on AVR MCU.This paper introduces that AVR MCU is the control core of the system,and introduces the principle of smoke sensor,flame sensor,temperature sensor and its signal conditioning circuit,the peripheral extension chip of digital I/O port and analog input port of AVR MCU,the intermediate relay circuit of weak current controlling strong current,and the situation of fire extinguishing device.This paper introduces the alarm function of the wind turbine unit and the communication fiber of the wind farm for shutdown,communication and alarm,as well as the fire extinguishing logic program of the latest gas fire extinguishing device.This system has the characteristics of high stability,easy installation and operation,fast test speed,low price and so on.,it has the promotion application value extremely in wind power industry.
