资料介绍

目的:针对传统手动压迫止血方式存在的不足,设计一款眼部自动压迫止血装置。方法:该装置由以AVR单片机为核心的控制板、液晶显示屏、电磁阀、高精度压力传感器、一体式眼罩、微型气泵等组成。根据手术部位的深度和广度选择合适的压力值和维持时间,由单片机输出相应控制信号,控制微型气泵输出相应的气压到一体式气囊眼罩,压迫于眼部手术部位,达到止血的目的。结果:该止血装置可以灵敏且准确地提供稳定的压力,可快速、安全止血,既能提高患者的舒适度,又能降低护理人员的工作强度。结论:该装置止血效果好,能够安全、有效地用于眼部手术部位的止血。

Objective To design an eye compression hemostasis device to eliminate the deficiencies of the manual mode.Methods The device was composed of a control panel with AVR single chip microcomputer as the core unit,a LCD,an electromagnetic valve,a high-precision pressure sensor,an one-piece eyeshade,a micro air pump and etc.The pressure value and maintain time were selected according to the depth and width of the surgical site,and corresponding control signals were output by the single chip microcomputer to drive the micro air pump to generate air pressure on the eyeshade,so that the surgical site was pressed to realize hemostasis.Results The device executed effective,rapid and safe hemostasis,increased the patient comfort while decreased the workload of the nursing staff.Conclusion The device is worthy promoting for eye compression hemostasis.
