通过有限元分析建模,对模块电路及其工装进行了动态特性研究。对所建立的模块电路有限元模型进行模态分析和随机振动分析,并结合分析结果和振动理论的相关知识,达到快速获得模块电路结构各部分的振动响应,从而指导试验条件优化。该分析结果也可为系统级电子电路结构刚强度设计提供理论支撑。

The dynamic feature of module circuit and frock has been studied based on finite element analysis and modeling. Modal and random vabration analysis has been done of finite element model of established module circuit. Given the results of the analysis and relavant knowledge of vabration theory, the vabration response to various parts of module circuit structures can be quickly achieved, hence guiding optimization of experiment condition. The results of the analysis can also provide theretical support for stiffness strength design of systematic level of electric circuit strctures.
