资料介绍

在某计算机的测试验证中,部分模块的数模转换系统出现有效位数(简称ENOB)超差现象。通过分析和仿真验证确定为产品晶振频率在手册允许范围内产生较大偏移的条件下,由于使用了相干采样算法计算ENOB值,导致ENOB测试值降低。通过选用非相干采样算法,解决了有效位数测试超差问题。

Abstract :In the testing of some kinds of computers,some module’s ADC circuit appear that the enobdata is out of criteria. Through analysis and simulating,it is found that the using of coherent sampling algorithm to calculate the ENOB value leads to the decrease of EONB value ,on the condition of large offset of frequence of the cystal oscillator within the allowable range of the manual. This problem is effectively solved by using incoherent sampling algorithm.
