2010年以来,随着德兴铜矿生产的扩能引进了三台斗容35m3的WK-35型电铲,为矿山的大规模开采提供了可靠保障.该型电铲采用当今世界上最先进的失量控制变频调速系统.分析了WK-35型电铲交流变频装置的电路板功能及原理,通过实例阐述6SE70变频器在电铲控制系统使用中发生的各种控制故障及其诊断和处理方法,显著提高电铲的可开动率.

Since 2010, as production capacity expansion in Dexing copper mine, three bucket capacity of 35m3 WK-35 type shovels were introduced which provided a reliable guarantee for the large-scale exploitation mining. The shovel adopted the most advanced global vector control variable frequency speed regulation system. This paper analyzed the function and principle of the circuit board of WK-35 shovel AC frequency conversion device, through explanation of 6SE70 converter in various used faults in the control system and treatment method of problems, the shovel utilization rate was significantly enhanced.
