基于2SD315A模块的驱动器设计与实验

大功率IGBT驱动模块2SD315A具有两路完全隔离的驱动电路，驱动电流大，拥有完善的短路、过流保护和电源监控功能。基于驱动模块工作原理，设计开发了直接控制方式的驱动接口电路，该驱动器可以应用于单开关斩波电路或双开关整流、逆变桥臂，通过实验验证驱动器运行安全、可靠。
High power IGBT driver module 2SD315 which has two completely isolated drive circuit, large driving current, and perfect shortcircuit, over-current protection and power monitoring function is widely used. Based on the working principle of driving module, the driving interface circuit of direct control mode is designed and developed. The driver can be applied to single switch chopper circuit or double switch rectifier and inverter bridge arm, and the driver is proved to be safe and reliable by experiment.
