28nm工艺低压差线性稳压器(LDO)设计

随着便携式电子产品的快速发展,高性能电源管理电路越来越重要。LDO电路与其他类型的电源电路相比,结构简单、功耗低、噪声低,更适合小型电子产品。经过深入研究,设计了一款基于28nm工艺的低压差线性稳压器,并通过仿真得到了电路性能参数,然后通过电路级的优化以提高某些性能指标。最终得到的LDO电路能够稳定输出0.9V的电压,并且在温度系数,低功耗和低噪声等方面表现良好。
With the rapid development of portable electronic products,high-performance power management circuits are becoming more and more pared with other types of power circuits,LDO circuits are simple in structure,low in power consumption,and low in noise,making them suitable for portable electronic er intensive research,a low-dropout linear regulator based on 28 nm process is designed,and the circuit performance parameters are obtained through n,the circuit level is optimized to improve certain performance resulting LDO circuit is capable of stably outputting a voltage of 0.9 V and performs well in terms of temperature coefficient,low power consumption and low noise.
