2.4GHz-0.5W功率放大器设计及应用
资料介绍
针对无线局域网（WLAN）基站发射功率小、辐射范围窄问题,设计了一款2.4 GHz-0.5 W功率放大器。主要介绍该功放硬件电路原理图：耦合检测电路、收发转换电路、接收电路、发射电路、电源电路,同时对实物进行调试测试,使功放得到进一步完善,能夠稳定运行。
In view of the problem that the transmission power is small and the radiation scope is narrow in wireless local area network （WLAN） base station, the 2.4 GHz-0.5 W power amplifier is designed in the article. This paper mainly introduces the power amplifier hardware circuit principle diagram： the coupling detection circuit, the transmit-receive circuit, the receive circuit, the transmit circuit and the power supply circuit. Meanwhile, the physical debugging and testing is made, so that the power amplifier is further improved and able to run stably.
