基于单片机的空调智能节能控制器的设计
资料介绍
针对由于城市热岛效应导致分体式空调外机散热难,使空调工作效率低下的问题,在不影响现有分体式空调设计与生产的前提下加装降温辅助设备。本次设计主要包括理论分析、辅助设备实物的制作和性能测试。首先研究降低空调能耗的方法和选择来提高冷凝器散热的方法。其次对分体式空调外机冷凝器散热进行基本分析,从理论上提出水喷雾降温的方法。根据理论设计制作出节能装置的实物模型,加装到实际中的一匹空调中进行实验测试,采集数据进行分析,得出节能可靠性结论。
Aiming at the problem of heat dissipation difficulty and low efficiency of split air conditioning due to urban heat island effect,auxiliary cooling equipment is installed on the premise of not affecting the design and production of split air conditioning.This design mainly includes theoretical analysis,auxiliary equipment production and performance testing.First of all,the method and choice of reducing the energy consumption of the air conditioner are studied to improve the heat dissipation method of the condenser.Secondly,the heat dissipation of condenser of split air conditioner is analyzed,and the method of water spray cooling is put forward theoretically.According to the theoretical design and production of energy-saving device physical model,added to a practical air conditioning for experimental testing,data collection and analysis,the conclusion of energy-saving reliability.
