资料介绍

构建了直接耦合方式下的差分-共集电压负反馈放大电路,在输入变化量采用直流差分形式的基础上,运行EWB仿真软件,结果表明:按定义所得开环和闭环互阻增益满足反馈中的基本关系式.在合理的近似下,计算了静态电流.根据多级放大器的增益和增益间转换关系,理论上计算了开环互阻增益.同时用微变等效电路方法,得到反馈放大器的互阻增益,两者也满足反馈中的基本关系.另外仿真与理论计算对应的互阻增益彼此间很接近,最大相对误差不超过1.02％,说明它们的一致性.
