采用线圈分段绕制的方法,设计了一种10kA量程的零磁通霍尔电流传感器以及相应的驱动电路,有效地将驱动电压降为±15V,并利用电磁场仿真验证了线圈分段设计的可行性。同时,提出了铁芯线圈以及霍尔元件的等效电路仿真方法,并以此为基础在Multisim中搭建了零磁通霍尔传感器系统的电路仿真模型,通过对各种电流波形进行仿真验证,证明了该设计的合理性。

The method of coil-sectioned winding is used to design a kind of 10 kA zero-flux hall current sensor and the corresponding drive circuit, which can effectively reduce the drive voltage to ±15 V designed. And the electromagnetic field simulation is made to verify feasibility of coil-sectioned design. Meanwhile an equivalent circuit simulation method of the Hall element and the core coil is proposed based on which the circuit simulation model of the zero-flux Hall sensor system is established. The result of simulating and testing various current waveforms verifies the rationality of the design.
