针对近年来我国草莓种植面积增加和草莓采摘劳动力缺乏导致的草莓采摘难题,经过总体方案设计、设备选型等步骤设计出一款草莓采摘车。设计采用双层系统,以集成度和稳定性高的嵌入式微控制器STC89C516为控制器,以应用广泛、识别精度较高的TCS3200为草莓成熟度识别器,实现草莓采摘时对草莓成熟度识别、自动采摘及草莓采摘车的位置移动等功能。研究成果显示,该设计样机基本实现了草莓采摘时移动、识别、采摘的功能。

In order to solve the strawberry picking problem caused by the increase of strawberry planting area and the shortage of strawberry picking labor force in China in recent years, a strawberry picking car was designed through the steps of overall scheme design and equipment selection.The design adopts a two-layer system, with the embedded microcontroller STC89C516 with high integration and stability as the controller, and the TCS3200 with wide application and high recognition accuracy as the strawberry ripeness recognizer, to realize the strawberry ripeness recognition, automatic picking and the position movement of the strawberry picking car.The research results show that the design prototype basically realizes the function of moving, recognizing and picking when picking strawberries.
