The importance of the implementation of SPC technology is analyzed. Based on the practical work of SPC application, the method of applying SPC in the production of thick-film hybrid circuits for missiles is presented, including determination of critical sequence nodes and technological parameters, data collection, control chart utilization, sequence capability assessment and relevant control technologies
