Statistical process control （SPC） as an advanced quality control method is widely used in many foreign enterprises and is being popularized in Chinese enterprises. The importance of the implementation of SPC technology is analyzed. Based on the practical work of SPC application, the method of applying SPC in the production of thick-film hybrid circuits for missiles is presented, including determination of critical sequence nodes and technological parameters, data collection, control chart utilization, sequence capability assessment and relevant control technologies
