石英晶体微天平(QCM)具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、成本低等优点,在有害气体检测与分析等领域得到了广泛的关注。针对QCM测量系统设计复杂,易受环境影响等问题;本文在现有研究的基础上,利用新型器件设计了低功耗、高集成度的QCM频率采集与检测方案,降低了环境因素的影响,提高了系统的可靠性。同时本系统利用物联网技术实现了感知数据的长距离无线采集。实验结果验证了本设计方案的有效性与可靠性。

The Quartz Crystal Microbalance(QCM)has advantages in high sensitivity,good stability,low cost,etc,has received extensive attention in the aspect of the detection and analysis of the harmful gas. The QCM measuring system had complex design,was easily affected by environment. Aim at the problems,based on the existing research results,the paper uses the new electronic devices to design the low power-consumption and high integration scheme for the QCM frequency acquisition and detection. It reduces the influence of environmental factors and improves the reliability of the system.
