通过对箭载发动机的时序监测方法进行研究、分析,设计出一款基于PXI总线多通道时序检测电路系统;介绍了系统的软硬件结构和功能,设计了输入光电隔离电路、数字消颤电路、数字跳变检测电路、计时器电路、FIFO存储器电路和PXI总线接口电路,在Labwindows/CVI环境下开发了测试系统软件,并通过控制测试设备实现对箭载发动机的时序监测;时序监测电路系统已经应用在导弹和火箭发射地面测试发射控制系统中,经过多次测试和发射场真实发射试验验证,达到了预期效果。

Through the research and analysis of the time series monitoring method of the engine,a PXI bus based multi-channel sequential detection circuit system is hardware and software structure and functions of the system are input circuit,digital circuits,FIFO memory circuit and PXI bus interface circuit are time series monitoring circuit system has been applied in the ground test and launch control system of missile and rocket launching,and it has been verified by the test of many times on the launching field,and achieved the expected results.
