Abstract:In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of cold rolling temper mill hydraulic pressure
system,a new PID parameter control method—genetic algorithm was proposed.By using
MATLAB/SIMULINK software to solve the optimization mode1.the PID control parameter self-tuning
was achieved.The optimized PID parameters and Z-N tuning PID control efects were com‘
pared and the results showed that:the genetic algorithm PI D control is much better than that of
the Z-N tuning PID contro1.Furtherm0re.the feasibility and practicality of the genetic algorithm
were verified as wel1.
