资料介绍

随着单片机技术、传感器技术及检测方法的发展，对于传统便携式手持操作的电动、电热工具，增加更适应使用者操作要求的智能化功能是一个必然趋势。该文通避使用一种称为滚珠拜关的元件，作为检测使用者持拿电热剪操作行为的传感器，以目前所见劐的最小单片机之一 PIC10F206,由其引脚的I/O监测功能，以其内部程序进行重复识别检测，获得使用与否的状态信息，并由此实现电热剪手持操作时保持加热或无手持操作时停止加热的智能化管理。

With the single chip microcomputer,the sensor technology and detection method of development,for the traditional hand-held operation of electric,portable electric tools,lncrease the more adapt to the requirements of the User operation intelligent function is an inevltable trend In this paper,use a bait switch,as sensor to test the user operations and use one of the wortd＇s smallest single-chip microcomputer that is the PICIOF206 chip,by its I/O monitoring funotiocl,intemal procedures repeated teeing,the hand-held operation or no-operation the status information,to realize the intellectualized management heating control.
