资料介绍

印刷电路板(PCB)为电子产品的载体,其表面质量的好坏直接影响最终成品的性能。本文基于计算机视觉技术,对PCB表面的焊盘、导线等信息进行分析。数学形态学被用于表面图像的预处理、并通过霍夫变换识别图像中的焊盘;通过图像分割并利用内切圆法对导线数量、宽度等信息进行检测。通过实验对上述算法进行验证,并以数据汇总的形式提取待测PCB表面信息,包括金属占比、线路数目、焊盘数目、焊盘形状、线路宽度等,以为评判其质量、优化其生产工艺参数提供参考依据。
