This paper introduces how to apply simulation EDA software Multisim10 in teaching one of the diffucult points, i.e., the sine wave RC oscillator circuit. The paper analyses the process of establishing oscillation using the nonlinear component diode and JFET as fixed amplitude device in combination with Multisim 10, it also analyses the principle of phase-shifted sine wave oscillator circuit. The introduction of simulation process motivates the enthusiasm of the students in learning, and enhances the students＇ understanding of the knowledge of the theory.
