资料介绍

针对多级直接耦合模拟电路分析设计复杂的特点,借助Multisim软件进行电路仿真分析及测试。将场效应管输出的功率放大电路进行分解,分解后的单元电路能独立仿真,计算电路静态工作点及性能参数,制作实物并使用6 1/2台式万用表及四通道数字示波器进行测试,最后讨论电路产生失真的原理及解决对策。测试结果与仿真计算结果基本一致,使用虚拟仿真手段能提高电路设计与测试效率,缩短产品开发周期。

Aimed at the complexity of design and analysis on multistage direct coupling analog circuit, this paper employed Multisim software for simulation analyse and circuit test. MOSFET output power amplifier circuit was decomposed to make the unit circuit work independently,and the circuit's static work points and its performance parameters were calculated. The sample was prepared,and it was tested by using 6 1/2 desktop multimeter and four-channel digital ally,the principle and solutions on the circuit wave distortion were discussed.
