一种高速K波段检波电路设计

分析了信号带宽对脉冲信号的传输影响及运算放大器的压摆率对脉冲信号的影响,根据指标要求选取毫米波检波二极管及高速运算放大器,设计出了一种应用在K波段的高速检波电路,输出幅度达到2.2V,上升沿和下降沿优于50ns,满足工程需要。
This paper analyzes the influence of signal bandwidth on the transmission of pulse signal and the influence of slew rate of operational amplifier on pulse signal,selects the millimeter-wave detector diode and high speed operational amplifier according to the index requirement,designs a high speed K-band detecting circuit,the output amplitude can reach 2.2V,rising edge and falling edge is better than 50 ns,the circuit meets the engineering requirements.
