设计了一种用于IPMC电制动聚合物的驱动电路,该驱动电路能够提供IPMC低频双极性的可程控信号,输出信号的功率可以达到2W,具有很强的带电流能力。控制系统的主控芯片为AT—mega16单片机,外部电路包括D/A数模转换模块、信号发生模块和信号放大模块3大部分。设计了输出信号的控制软件,可以输出方波、三角波、正弦波和组合波形。通过将该控制系统与信号发生器驱动IPMC的输出结果进行比较,进一步验证了控制系统的可行性。

A driving circuit was designed tor IPMCs which is a new kind of electro - active polymer. The driver circuit was able to provide the IPMC with low - frequency and bipolar programmable signal. The power of output signal reached 2 W with large current. The main chip of control system was a ATmegal6 microcontroller. The external circuit was composed of a D/A converter mod- ule, a signal module and a signal amplification module. The software for the control system was designed to output square wave, triangle wave, sine wave,and the combination of the waves.
