资料介绍

引用电力电子线路设计的零值器和泛值器表示绝缘栅双极晶体管（IGBT）器件,用IGBT器件代替电压反向型电抗器电路和电流反向型电抗器电路中的零值器和泛值器,得到了仅含有电容器和IGBT器件组成的电压反向型和电流反向型电抗器。用Multisim进行仿真分析,从仿真结果可以看出,这两种电抗器的输入电流相位角滞后输入电压90°,故两种器件满足电抗器特性,在某些应用场合可以替代铁磁式电抗器的作用。

In this paper,the working principle of nullator and norator in power electronics are used to equivalent the insulated gate bipolar transistors（IGBT） subsequently.By replacing the nullator and norator we get the non-ferromagnetic reactor of reverse voltage type and reverse current type.From the resout of simulation analysis of Multisim,the phase of the import current lags the Voltage 90°,so the non-ferromagnetic reactor has the same electromaqnetism characteristics of ferromagnetic reactor.
