资料介绍

伴随着动力电池的进步,以蓄电池为动力源的电力工程车辆正在成为城市轨道交通作业选择的主流。本文采用NXP公司的MC9S08DZ60控制芯片作为主控模块,MM9Z1_638电池管理专用芯片作为采集芯片,实现对单体电池电压、温度、系统电流和报警信息等数据的采集和处理,采用主动均衡法对电池组进行均衡控制。本文对系统主控模块的MCU基本电路、采集模块主芯片的基本电路、电池均衡电路进行了详细设计。

With the advancement of power batteries,the electric power engineering vehicles with battery as the power source are becoming the mainstream of urban rail transit the paper,NXP's MC9S08DZ60 control chip is used as the main control module,MM9Z1_638 battery management special chip is used as the acquisition chip,that achieves the collection and processing of single cell voltage,single cell temperature,system current and alarm information, method performs equalization control on the battery the paper,the MCU basic circuit of the system main control module,the basic circuit of the main module of the acquisition module,the battery equalization circuit of the acquisition module are intruduced in detail.
