Based on the analysis of the drawbacks of the conventional hardware-based avoidance approach of cumulative data mutation with non-volatile memory accidental power-off,a software-based avoidance approach is proposed,and the design and implementation of this approach are described in detail.Taking power-on times as an example,the effectiveness of the software-based avoidance approach is verified by the test.Without the additional hardware,the software-based avoidance approach advanced in the paper avoids linear cumulative data mutations,reduces the hardware cost and complexity,and has been applied in major projects.
