木材干燥窑含水率检测系统设计

当前木材干燥窑含水率的检测存在检测精度低、反应时间长、测试模式少等缺点,针对这些问题,设计了一种具有高量程、多档位测试的木材干燥窑含水率检测系统,该系统自动化程度高,可实现高电阻木材含水率的检测和多量程范围的检测。实验结果表明,设计的木材干燥窑含水率检测系统能够实现高精确度、高速率、高灵敏度的木材含水率检测,有效地提高了木材的利用率。
