资料介绍

当前木材干燥窑含水率的检测存在检测精度低、反应时间长、测试模式少等缺点,针对这些问题,设计了一种具有高量程、多档位测试的木材干燥窑含水率检测系统,该系统自动化程度高,可实现高电阻木材含水率的检测和多量程范围的检测。实验结果表明,设计的木材干燥窑含水率检测系统能够实现高精确度、高速率、高灵敏度的木材含水率检测,有效地提高了木材的利用率。

At present,the detection of moisture content in wood drying kiln has the disadvantages of low detection accuracy,long reaction time and few test modes.To solve these problems,a wood drying kiln moisture content detection system with a high range and multi-level testing was designed.The system features a high automation degree and ability to realize the detection of moisture content in high-resistance wood and the detection of multi-range scopes.The experimental results show that the designed wood drying kiln moisture content detection system can achieve high-accuracy,high-speed and high-sensitivity wood moisture detection,and effectively improve the utilization rate of wood.
