In the solar LED street lighting system,the controller as the power manager occupies the core position.With the wide application of solar street lamp,the demand of controller is increasing day by day.In order to ensure that each controller is delivered qualified,people put forward higher requirements for batch testing efficiency.Therefore,based on single-chip computer system and programmable instruments,the automatic testing of the basic functions of solar street lamp controller,such as charging and discharging,is designed and implemented.Compared with traditional testing,this automatic testing equipment has the advantages of high efficiency and comprehensive testing functions,and effectively reduces the work intensity of testers and improves the level of production automation.
