资料介绍

依据物理原理,采用传感器技术设计与制作的液体密度仪可实现自动、连续测量待测液体的密度。该装置主要是由盛装待测液容器、信号采集、信号处理、信号显示等功能组成。采用压力传感器采集待测液的重量,超声波测距模块采集待测液体的高度;以STM32单片机为控制核心,对采集到的信号进行数据处理,并将结果传送至显示器,实时显示测量结果。具有快捷、精确、实时测量的优点,在教学科研方面有一定实用价值。

Using the principle of physics,the density meter designed and manufactured by using the sensor technology can automatically and continuously measure the density of the liquid to be device is mainly composed of liquid container,signal acquisition,signal processing,signal display and other pressure sensor is used to collect the weight of the liquid to be measured,and the ultrasonic ranging module is used to collect the height of the liquid to be h STM32 single chip micyoco as the control core,the data processing the collected signals which has been carried out,and the results are being transmitted to the display so as to display the measurement results in real possesses the advantage of fast,accurate and real-time measurement,and has certain practical value in teaching and scientific research.
