设计一种以单片机为核心的电动汽车测试台架控制系统,用于对电动机等电动汽车关键零部件的性能测试。该系统主要包括主控板和按键板,主控板有232通讯电路、485通讯电路、CAN通讯电路、AD采集电路、继电器控制电路、数据存储电路、实时时钟电路、单片机及其周围电路;按键板有按键输入及按键指示灯控制电路。使用旋转编码器来调节电机的转矩和转速,利用昆仑通态触控屏设置测试台架的各项参数和观测运行状况,通过实验对开发的系统进行测试。结果表明,该系统具有良好的操控性,能够满足电动汽车部件测试的需要。

An electric vehicle test bench control system based on single chip computer is designed to test the performance of key parts of electric vehicles such as motors. The system has two circuit boards, namely the main control board and the key board. The main control board has 232 communication circuits, 485 communication circuits, CAN communication circuits, AD acquisition circuits, relay control circuits, data storage circuits, real-time clock circuits, microcontroller and its surrounding circuits. The key board has key input and key indicator control circuits. Rotary encoder is used to adjust the motor′s torque and speed, and Kunlun on-state touch screen is used to set up the parameters of the test bench and observe the operation status. The developed system is tested by experiments. The results show that the system has good operation experience and can meet the needs of electric vehicle component testing.
