电容钳位式有源功率解耦电路的研究

在单相变换器中,传统的方案是直流母线上并联大容量的电解电容对交流侧和直流侧间不匹配的瞬时功率进行缓冲。然而,电解电容存在寿命短且受温度影响大等缺点,限制了系统的寿命和可靠性。为了采用高可靠性及长寿命的薄膜电容,提出了一种基于双向Buck/Boost电路变型的有源功率解耦电路,来替代电解电容缓冲脉动功率,并针对电路拓扑设计了参数和控制策略。实验结果验证了所提方案能实现无电解电容,并有效减小母线电压纹波。

In single-phase converters,the traditional scheme is that the DC bus is connected in parallel with a large capacity of the electrolytic capacitor to buffer the imbalance between the AC side and the DC side of the instantaneous power.However,the electrolytic capacitor suffers from short lifetime and low reliability,which limits the life and reliability of the system.Therefore,in order to adopt high reliability and long life film capacitors,this paper proposed an active power decoupling circuit based on the bidirectional Buck/Boost circuit variant to replace the electrolytic capacitor buffering pulsation power,and designed parameters and control strategies for the circuit topology.The experimental results verify that the proposed scheme can achieve non-electrolytic capacitor and effectively reduce bus voltage ripple.
